I am “Gin” of the BMI Redefined with Gin and Moe™ podcast duo! I believe that we are all on a journey to become the best version of ourselves. I help individuals learn how to become physically and mentally stronger to help them take the next steps toward reaching their goals. Living a healthier lifestyle begins with mindset. I coach clients through the goal setting process, learning how to adapt to life’s demands,  celebrating the milestones, and building strength and confidence in the journey.  I survived a head-on collision with a wrong-way driver on the interstate. The doctors did not expect me to live or ever walk again after the car wreck. It took 12 surgeries and 6 years of my life to recover from the car wreck. I am literally composed of titanium and steel and had to learn how to walk again.  Let's transform those challenges into victories!

I am “Moe” and I am so happy to be the second half of BMI Redefined™ with Gin and Moe! I help guide people to a place of empowerment who struggle with weight. I help to guide you to find the balance in your life and to help you find yourself again. I am your accountability partner who goes on your journey with you and I meet you where you are in your journey and we explore from there! I want to help you form a clear picture of wellness as a lifestyle, not a short-term fix.

As a person who had bariatric surgery (Roux en Y Gastric Bypass) six years ago and skin removal four years ago, I have gone through the “blame-shame game”. I know it because I have lived it. Listen to our podcast and get some wonderful tips on everything around the food!!!!
